This installation was created and inspired by the "raft people" (before Elian Gonzalez). It is shocking to see how a desperate person could cross an ocean with a makeshift raft, little food, water and a tank of gasoline to pour onto threatening sharks (It stings the shark's eyes and hopefully deters them away.)
